The models below represent the most common earth anchor drive units that Premier manufactures.
H205PD & H208PD:
The H205 & H208 are the perfect drive units for any machine that has an available hydraulic capacity of less than 25 gpm, such as mini excavators, small and mid-sized skid steer and so on. These small compact two speed systems produce from 4,000 to 8,000 ft/lbs of torque. They are totally shift on demand systems, that means the unit starts out in a higher speed/lower torque mode, then as the anchor goes deeper and the resistance gets greater the drive unit will shift automatically into a lower speed/higher toque mode. An additional key feature is that neither of these drive units require a 3rd case drain line. These two anchor drive come in your choice of either 2” hexagon or 2-1/2” hexagon output shaft sizes.
H206PD:
The H206 operates exactly like its smaller cousins, the H205 & H208. The big difference is that it has been engineered to handle hydraulic flows over 25 gpm. These flows are typically seen on high flow skid steer loaders, tractor loader backhoes and mid-sized excavators. This unit operates in the 7,000 ft/lbs of torque range. This model of anchor drive unit comes in your choice of 2” hexagon or 2-1/2” hexagon.
H215PD:
This 2-speed unit produces torque in the 15,000lbs range. It operates in the same fashion as all of our revolutionary 2-speed automatic shift on demand drive units. This unit has either a 2-1/2” hexagon or 3” hexagon output shaft and is suitable for use on a wide range of machines such as larger skid loaders and track loaders as well as excavators and backhoes.
H230PD:
This powerhouse of an anchor drive unit produces 35,000 ft/lbs of torque to screw in the toughest helical piers. Perfectly suited for larger excavators in a wide range of applications and jobs. They are offered with either a 3” hexagon or 4” square output shaft.
All of these units are completely compatible with the Premier Power Pin torque monitoring system for unmatched accuracy for the installation of earth anchors. Attaching to your machine is no problem since Premier has now built over 250 unique mounting brackets to fit everything from mini excavators, mid-sized excavators, large excavator, backhoes, skid steers and countless others just to name a few.
